GOGO rides (Agile work solution) will charge commission on provide trip from Customer.
if Commission will not paid on time ,your vehicle can be removed from our network.
received online payment from customer shall be transffered in your account with in 15 days.
Without pre intimation ,Continous more than 5 drives cancellation shallbe cancelled our partnership.
Driving authorised person drunk Alcohol and other legal obligation shall be checked by vehicle owner only.
Owner will ensure traffic rules should be complied.
Vehicle maintence and compliance renewal shall be compled by vehicle owner only.
Driver will not be allowed to drive vehicle during legal case proceedings.
If a complaint received from customer or other source against drivers for miss behave/abuse, Theft and alcohol drunk .company will not be pay for that day to vehicle owner and also may be withdrawn his partnership.
If the vehicle and driver were penalized by the government, that penalty shall deposit by vehicle owner.
Vehicle and passenger’s accident shall be responsible by driver/owner.
Partnership renewed after cancellation shall be charged Rs.300/-.
Partnership will be valid till, vehicle owners and gogorides both are agreed with terms & conditions.
Partner one time registration fees Rs. 500/- per vehicle will charge from vehicle owner.
A vehicle owner can add multiple vehicles by Rs. 300/- per vehicle registration charge.
If any customer forgets any item during travel in our vehicle, that item should be deposit at gogorides office or inform to customer immediately.
Any miss behave/abuse/roughtalk/cheat shall be punishable offence in our policy with our customer. because “customer satishfaction –our destination “ is our policy.
Authorised driver shallbe having valid licence and should not be punished in “drunk and driver” or legal case. if found , the partneer ship shall be break immediately.
Any dispute between partner and gogorides shall be settled under Chhatarpur (M.P.) court juridaction only.
Any complaint regarding gogorides staff shall be filed at our office or Contact 7805008402.
